The number of women holding top positions in companies is still woefully low. In the FTSE 100 there are only 6 females CEOS. In the Fortune 500, only 24 have female CEOS. And when it comes to World Leaders, only 20 are female out of 196 countries!

So what's happening? Why does it seem that women are still losing in the leadership race?

But what is leadership? A very simple question, yet one that gets a variety of answers.

And what top traits must a leader possess?

 Another simple question, yet one where we all have our own view.
